Who we are

HENDENK Unmanned Systems is led by engineers with direct experience in unmanned systems and other complex, safety-relevant systems. The company combines strategic advisory with practical engineering execution: the same organization that helps you decide what to build can help you build, validate, industrialize, and sustain it.

HENDENK serves governments and private organizations. Engagements range from focused advisory work to complete program support across air, ground, and maritime unmanned systems.

Why HENDENK exists

Many unmanned systems initiatives stall in a familiar way: a promising platform without a mission definition, a prototype that cannot be produced repeatedly, a procured fleet nobody can maintain, or software that was never engineered for validation. HENDENK assembles a multidisciplinary team around each project: systems engineering, the relevant platform disciplines, software and autonomy, test, industrialization, and program management as the scope demands. Team composition is agreed at the start of an engagement and adjusted at defined review points, so you pay for the depth the work actually requires.

Remote-first, on-ground when it matters

Discovery workshops, design reviews, software development, simulation, and documentation run remotely through secure, structured collaboration. Physical integration, commissioning, field testing, and hands-on training are performed by HENDENK engineers deployed to your site. The delivery model describes how the two modes combine into one accountable workflow.
