What this website does not do

• No third-party analytics services.
• No marketing cookies. The site sets no cookies for visitors; your browser may store a single local preference (such as your chosen homepage view) on your own device, which is never transmitted to us. Details are on the Cookie Policy page.

Contact-form data

When you submit the contact form, the information you enter—name, work email, organization, country or operating region, area of interest, preferred delivery mode, project stage, and your message—is sent by email to HENDENK so we can respond to your inquiry. The website does not store your message in its database. Submission requires your explicit consent via the checkbox on the form.

Purpose: responding to your inquiry and, where it leads to a discussion, preparing that discussion. Retention principle: correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and applicable legal obligations. Protection: access to the receiving mailbox is limited to people who handle inquiries.

Payment data

This website has no checkout and collects no payment details. When you pay an invoice by card, the payment happens on the secure page of a PCI‑DSS‑compliant payment provider (such as Stripe), which processes your card data under its own privacy policy. HENDENK receives payment confirmation and normal billing information for accounting—never your full card number. Invoicing details (name, organization, billing contact, amounts) are retained as long as accounting and tax law require. How billing works is described on the Payments & Billing page.

Technical server logs

Like almost every website, the hosting environment may record technical access logs (such as IP address, requested page, time, and browser identifier) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs are used for those purposes only and are subject to the hosting provider’s retention practices.

Sharing

Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with service providers that are technically necessary to operate the website and email (such as hosting and mail delivery), or where disclosure is legally required.

Your choices and contact
