Fees, payment, and refunds

Fees for services are agreed in writing per engagement; nothing on this website is a price offer. Invoicing, accepted payment methods, and card-payment security are described on the Payments & Billing page. Cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes policy, which forms part of these terms for any paid engagement, subject always to the written agreement for that engagement.

Intellectual property

The HENDENK name, wordmark, emblem, texts, and original graphics on this website belong to HENDENK Unmanned Systems. You may view and reference the content for evaluating HENDENK’s services; reproduction or reuse beyond that requires permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to disrupt its operation, probe or breach its security, submit unlawful content, or use the contact form for bulk or automated messaging.

Service availability and jurisdiction

Descriptions of services do not guarantee that every described service is available in every jurisdiction or for every applicant. Unmanned systems work is subject to applicable aviation, maritime, spectrum, export-control, safety, and other regulatory requirements. Responsibility for regulatory compliance in a specific project is allocated in the project contract; nothing on this website transfers a client’s own legal obligations to HENDENK.
