A capability lives in people. HENDENK designs and delivers customized training so your organization can operate, maintain, and evolve its unmanned systems with steadily decreasing outside help.

Who the training serves

  • Operators and mission personnel
  • Maintainers and technicians
  • Engineers and integrators
  • Supervisors and program managers
  • Production and quality personnel

Training modes

  • Remote instructor-led sessions
  • Workshops
  • Laboratory and simulator sessions
  • On-ground practical training
  • Train-the-trainer programs
  • Competency assessment and refresher programs

How programs are built

Training is derived from the actual system, the actual procedures, and the actual roles in your organization—not from a generic syllabus. Programs define target competencies first, then build lessons, exercises, and assessments toward them, so completion means demonstrated ability.

Typical training artifacts

Lesson plans, instructor guides, student manuals, practical exercises, maintenance procedures, assessment rubrics, and competency records. Artifacts are agreed per engagement. HENDENK does not claim accredited certification for a program unless that accreditation is separately established and verified.

Transfer the knowledge, keep the capability

Tell us which roles you need to develop and HENDENK will design the program around them.
